MORE ABOUT MY counselling AND WHERE I PRACTICE
People reach out for counselling for many reasons. You may feel you need support to talk something through, process change, or cope with loss or bereavement. Or you might be feeling troubled, anxious, distressed, depressed, or even suicidal and in need of help and support to see a way forward.
I am here to provide a listening ear and the space and support you need to talk about and reflect on your feelings and experiences, make sense of what you are going through, improve your well-being and work towards recovery.
If you are suffering from anxiety disorders (e.g. panic disorder/panic attacks, agoraphobia, emetophobia, and other phobias, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, OCD, etc.), low mood/depression, and lack of confidence/low self-esteem, I can support you to build your own unique recovery programme (I use a combination of CBT style approaches, including ERP for OCD, and psychotherapy), supported by psycho-educational resources. My aim is to support you when you need it and also give you the knowledge and understanding you need to continue your recovery on your own when you are ready to do so.
I currently work with adults (aged 18+) and practice online Mondays to Fridays daytime and evening.
The counselling sessions I offer, including initial assessment, are 1hr (min) long (I offer extra time at no extra charge for more complex anxiety disorders) and my fee is £50.
Please get in touch with me if you are interested in booking an initial consultation session.
